A year-round high-performance basketball academy led by NCAA Division I coaching experience, built for student-athletes pursuing the next level of the game.
Basketball development, athletic performance, team competition, film and player evaluation, delivered across a full season.
King George Basketball Academy is being developed as a year-round basketball programme for serious student-athletes in Metro Manila, built to NCAA Division I standards. The Academy combines on-court development, physical preparation, team competition, film review and ongoing evaluation within one consistent basketball environment.
Athletes train individually and within teams, prepare physically, study film and compete throughout the season, so that development can be measured in real basketball.

Players receive structured coaching in shooting, ball handling, finishing, footwork, decision-making and team concepts throughout the season.
Strength, speed, movement and conditioning are programmed alongside basketball training to support the physical demands of competition.
Coaches assess athletes through training, games and film, providing clear feedback on current level, development priorities and readiness for higher competition.
Coaching, performance, competition and evaluation are programmed as one season, so athletes progress through a structured basketball year with coaches who know their development over time.
King George Basketball Academy is founded and led by George Aramide, whose career spans professional basketball, player development and NCAA Division I coaching.

George played professionally in Spain before moving into player development and collegiate coaching. He later worked at Arizona State, Fresno State and Robert Morris, where the programme won the 2025 Horizon League championship.
Across two decades of player development, athletes George has coached have earned more than 60 full university scholarships and progressed into the NBA and professional leagues internationally. He leads the Academy’s basketball programme, player evaluation, competition and pathway relationships.

Born in India and raised in Canada, Nim played basketball at a high level before moving into performance coaching. He has spent more than a decade in strength and athletic development, working with high-level basketball athletes, and has competed himself in men’s physique.
Alongside coaching, he spent seven years managing multifamily real estate development projects, running budgets, programmes and delivery on large builds. Both sides carry into the Academy: he leads athlete preparation and performance, and he runs the operation behind it — programme delivery, facilities, staffing, scheduling and partnerships.
Families who register will receive confirmed information on assessment dates, training locations, age groups, schedules and enrolment terms as the first intake is finalised.
